Since childhood, we have been constantly taught by our family or school that self-harm is an act of unselfishness and cannot be done. But no one seems to understand why people self-harm. And people who self-mutilate have become a secret because of social education. Maybe there is a wall that cannot be crossed, but no one is willing to cross this wall.
